Heard Netflix Was Pulling The Show So I Jumped On Here And Bought It Immediately... Best Purchase I ever made!!

I've been a fan of Office since the beginning. Alway enjoy the direct and improv humor.

Michael is in his best form. Funny season with great extras on the DVD.

The fourth season of the funniest (and best) show currently on television, The Office is a great buy for any comedy fan. The acting is great, especially from Steve Carell and a one episode stint by Amy Ryan, who turns out to be an excellent addition to the cast as the new HR person. The writing is top notch, with some episodes running an hour long, which is good because the total number of episodes was cut short by the writers strike. So we get a lot of Office time wise, not episode-wise. Best episodes are "Fun Run", "Local Ad" (Which is heart warming as well) and "Goodbye, Toby."

This show gets even better each season. I have watched alot of episodes and I haven't seen one episode that wasn't funny. The only thing about season 4 is that it doesn't have as many episodes as season 2 or season 3 which both had 22 episodes. Season 4 only has 14 episodes. This is still a very funny show and it's still worth buying.

Let me start by saying that the Office is one of my favorite tv shows out because it is so funny. I love Steve Carell. He is the funniest, most oblivious boss around. Could you imagine the Office without him? Scary thought! Although the episodes are not as good as season 3 (which is by far the best), the show is definately still worth getting. One of the best episodes is 'Launch Party' where Dwight competes with the new Dunder-Mifflin website to see who could sell more paper. Jim plays a prank on Dwight and he thinks that the computer has become 'self aware'. Also in the episode Micheal Scott has a problem with his GPS navigation system (wink wink). As for the negatives: This season is not complete. The season was cut short due to the writer's strike. The season ought to have been entitled 'The Office: Season 3.5'. You only get a half seasons worth of episodes, but pay the same price as the seasons with double the episodes.

This show is amazing. The humor in this show is what seperates it from all other shows on TV.Most shows base thier humor on jokes but this show is so clever and whitty. Most of the humor comes from awkward situations and petty office behavior. Steve Carrel is great and so is the rest of the cast. This is by far the best comedy series on TV.

For anyone out there who's work/social schedule prevents them from being able to watch the show on television religiously and keep up with the episodes, this has been a much anticipated title. There's usually a big time gap between seasons and if you actually follow the show, I can't wait to see what happens after an eventful Season 3. Well, enough talk. Have to catch up on the episodes. Highly recommended!!!

I love the Office! I got this DVD the day it came out last month. The show is absolutely hilarious, and the cast is great. I was bummed about not having as many episodes as usual with the writers strike, but they made up for it with giving a bunch of extras with the DVD. It was really fun to get a box filled with Office goodies! AWESOME!!

Here comes one of TV's best relationships. Jim and Pam. Holly is a ball of sunshine and Michael is smitten by her. This season is full of Joy, and some sadness on the side of Dwight. Luckily Jim and Pam are there to help with Dwight's sorrow

I love the office, and would recommend this to any office fan. However, this is probably my leasT favorite season. Some of the plots and things the characters do seem unbelievable at times. Also, the interaction between Jim and Dwight is not as great as in previous seasons. I think most of these struggles came from the strike which hurt the show. Keep in mind that there are many episodes that will make you roll out of your chair, so again, this is definitely recommended for the Office fan.

While not the weakest of The Office's four seasons (that dubious distinction goes to Season 1, before the show escaped from its British inspiration's long shadow and found its own voice), this was not one of the show's better outings. The reliance upon hour-long episodes early in the season resulted in too much weak material that would have otherwise ended up on the cutting room floor being left in, while the character of Michael Scott at times came dangerously close to becoming a cartoonish characterization of a previously fully drawn character. The worst thing about this DVD set, though, is the price that customers are being asked to pay for what was essentially only half a year's worth of episodes, due to the writer's strike interrupting production. This is barely half a season's worth of episodes that could easily fit on two discs, and I think it's unconscionable of NBC to try to make up revenue lost to the strike by releasing a 4-disc set at a full season price. On the other hand, at least the writers will get paid something for them, and the season was not without its share of cringe-inducing, yet hilarious moments, particularly towards the end, and the incredibly talented cast never gives anything less than their all.

Bought this DVD for a Christmas gift for my teenage son... he loved it!! Not only did he love it the rest of the family enjoyed it also..... and we have watched it again and again.... very good acting and funny......

The Office continues to satisfy as the best comedy on TV. Steve Carell, Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer and the rest are hilarious and the show takes some interesting new plot directions this season.

this is yet another great season of the office, anything that steve carell is in is funny and i always sike it if hes in it.... you have to go see get smart in theaters.... its like my favorite movie now......

i loved the story lines. they went into so many. but this season you got to see stanley talking more and interacting and kelly is still her ditzy self and then ryan the temp takes many spills.

I LOVE this show. This season was hilarious! I am excited about where Jim & Pam are going w/ their relationship :) I am very excited to go out and get the newer seasons!

This is a great season because there are so many new things happeneing. Watch it and it will grow on you....that's what she said!
