Remembered this as a kid. It is very underrated film.

My son remembered seeing the movie when he was 5 or 6 and wanted to watch it again 10 years later. It is way more advanced than I was expecting and parts are very dark and odd. I was totally surprised at the novels the characters "visit" as none of them are children's stories but if you have an advanced reader, his/her interest may be peeked in things like "Moby Dick" and Jeckel and Hyde after this.

Decent price, good movie, would recommend, good with kids

great movie that went from vhs to dvd and is in better format than the vhs brings back old movies

Hoping my kids will like it like I did. They certainly enjoyed Culkin in the home alone flicks. Can't beat the price.
