Got mine damaged but best buy took care of that so it's good now.

I purchased this recently and found out that the product I purchased was opened prior to arriving at my home. To be honest I think it's super weird that Best Buy would sell someone a used product as new. Hopefully they do something to fix this mess.

The sphere feel and looks cheap. I wish they would've carved some symbols or the name either on the plastic base or on the sphere itself. Overpriced!

Only saw the first one but the packaging was really cool so I decided to pick it up to check out the rest.

I already own all of the blurays individually, but purchased this as a collector's item. The item arrived with the seal sliced open and pretty significant damage to the box. The shipping box was undamaged, which means the person fulfilling orders at the warehouse that day most likely sent me someone else's return, despite the fact that I paid for a "new" item. Several other reviews mention damage to the box as well. If you're interested in owning this as a collector's item and wish to receive a brand new item in acceptable condition, I wish you the best of luck. I returned it at the store because the IVR hung up on me 3x in a row when I tried calling to get a replacement.

Bought collection for daughter. Did not see movies.

I received an item damaged and returned it today at the store. This is the third time I’ve bought this item. All damaged online Order for pick up and online order to ship at home. Just horrible service

pretty excited for box set but came completely destroyed. box was smashed in

We finally get a sphere set in the US, nice set. Sphere is very nice and bigger and heavier than the Arrow UK set. New commentary on part 1 is fantastic, will check out the new Atmos track soon. 4K remaster of part II the main reason to buy this set and it’s the original cut which received an X rating.
