While the film may be long, it doesn’t stop it from being an edge of your seat experience. Leonardo DiCaprio shows incredible talent in his acting performance and the cinematography is some of the best in cinema history.

Great movie and the how it ttranspires througout is Fantastic!! Really takes you back to different time period and lets you "feel" the action, drama, and pain!! Totally worth just watching more a few times a year!!

Didn’t know what to expect from this one. The reviews were pretty good, and I didn’t mind paying the reduced price. Found it kept my interest and picture quality was very good. A worthy purchase for your dvd library.

What can I say? You can’t go wrong with Leo. He has emerged as one of the best actors in Hollywood, and he doesn’t disappoint here. Well acted drama filled with action and intriguing drama. Very fine film.

Classic movie must watch With the legend himself Watch it

Bought this to watch on new oled tv and 4k dvr. Enjoy history and know a bit about the events portrayed in this film including the times when the movie gets a few things wrong but very well acted and terrific scenery

I saw this in the theater. The fact that this was based on a true story blew my mind. I had to have this movie to watch again and again. Leonardo DiCaprio was superb! The movie drew me in 100%. A definite must-see!!!

Brilliant movie even better high definition. This is perhaps in the top five 4K movies I have ever seen as far as picture quality and I cannot more highly recommend it as it is completely brilliant

4k quality is great and enjoyed the movie and actors were great and incredible story, Leonardo, is always great and the co leading actor has always impressed me with the different rolls and charctors he plays.

This movie was amazing. At first just reading the summary of the movie didn't make me want to watch the movie, but gave it a chance since Leonardo DiCaprio was staring in it. I'm glad I did.

It has something for everyone. If you love Leonardo DiCaprio, you get to watch hours of Leonardo DiCaprio. If you hate Leonardo DiCaprio, you get to watch Leonardo DiCaprio get mauled by a bear (spoiler!). If you're indifferent to Leonardo DiCaprio, you get to see some bears and beautiful wilderness outside of a nature documentary.

The show was very interesting, considering the history itself. As for the grizzly scene - that was disturbing just KNOWING it was so realistic. However, the show is still worth seeing. I did enjoy it.

The film itself is good but a mixed bag: visually astonishing and well acted, but overlong and overly earnest (and convinced of its own importance). However, the 4K BluRay (featuring some very restrained usage of HDR) is simply wonderous. Beautiful, filmic quality to the digital cinematography, which really comes through in this format.

There isn’t much to say other than see this ASAP. Beautifully directed, acted and the camera work is incredible. I’m not even getting into the fact that it looks GORGEOUS in Dolby Vision

This Was an excellent film. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the story kept me on edge throughout. Great acting, gripping story, and beautiful cinematography. Highly recommended.

This film really shows the power of love of a father for his son and wife. Hugh Glass is left for dead after a bear nearly kills him. His son is killed by Fitzgerald. Revenge follows. 10/10

As one of my favorite movies, it is one I had to purchase. Thanks to price matching I was able to get it for the best price from Best Buy without having to wait for it to ship to my home.

The best performance from DiCaprio in this epic story of two worlds fighting for the same needs. Sometimes within wolves there are dogs!!! Great movie from Start to Fin!!!
