I love this battery. It is a powerhouse of energy and convenience. With built in wireless and wired charging, it is always ready to take on any charging assignment.

Slim design so it packs in carry on well, or fits in pocket. The top plug in cords are too short. Makes it hard to use phone when charging. The cords don't stay tucked at top.they tend to flop around. Small power level display screen just has some dots. I think it would have been better to have a numerical representation of battery level in the charger.

It's good overall. I like being able to charge any Apple device I have and multiple at the same time. The bad parts are it doesn't have as much battery as I would like, it charges (both in and out) much slower than appreciated, and it's too expensive. Orange is a good color for locating it in a bag. I did "recommend it" just because it works, it's convenient, and I haven't found/tested another product that has the same feature set that's better.

It comes with included cables for usb-c and lightning. It’s easy to charge your older model iPhones or AirPods.
Wireless charging is a cool feature too but it’s slow. If you want a faster charge, plug in one of the cables either usb-c or lightning based on your device.
Overall it’s nice but I feel it is a bit bulky and heavy.

Great for being the first powerbank ridge makes, the cables will eventually get loose as they are only held by friction. The stand folds in on itself if you tap on the screen, but could be i have a pro max. Overall great product cant wait to see a version 2

The versatility is unmatched. No other charger is a apple watch/iPhone magsafe charger plus contain its own usb-c cord for charging itself. Add in the extra usb-C port and the lightning cord and you have the only charging decide you need for traveling.

The Ridge Wallet Magsafe Power Bank is hands down one of my favorite phone accessories. The build quality is great and should be able to withstand a beating.
The features of the Ridge Power Bank are great. You get the Magsafe charging pad, Apple Watch charging along with an attached USB C and Lightning cables. For me personally, the ability to charge up my Apple Watch on the go is great. Another cool feature is the built in kickstand. This thing rocks! Being able to prop up your phone while wirelessly charging is very convenient.
I really like the attached cables. They tuck in nicely to the body of the power bank and provide that extra charging option at 20W using the cables. Charging times are good. It is going to be a little bit slower (15W) if you use the Magsafe function, but it works well and the magnets are strong. I was able to toss my phone in the air and swing it around and the magnets held strong.
It would be nice to have easier finger access when popping out the cables. I found myself trying to pry the cable out by the connector, which is a bad idea. I was able to pop them out from the side well enough, however.
Overall, an amazing iPhone accessory. Very versatile, well built and awesome aesthetics. Will be buying a couple more of these for the kids!!

Premium power bank for a premium price

I have been a long term user of Ridge’s metal wallets and always appreciated the premium quality and the design. So when I got my hands on the Ridge Magsafe power bank, I was very curious how Ridge takes aim at a highly saturated market. After using it extensively for almost a month of using it during both domestic and international travel, I believe I’ve found a great travel accessory.
The major feature of the Ridge powerbank is the versatility. It features both wired and wireless charging. As for wired - it has a USB-C port that acts both as the charger input and output, so messing around to figure out which port does what. However, there are additional USB-C and Lightning cables that are built-in to charge stuff when a handy cable is not available. Furthermore, the USB-C tethered cable can also be used to charge the power bank in a pinch. These cables are not very long, but they nicely tuck away in the body which makes it super convenient. For wired charging, the maximum power is 20 W which I feel is adequate for a quick top up.
As for wireless, it is Magsafe compatible, and thus supports all sorts of Apple devices: phones, Earpods, Watch. While the power is capped at 15W max, again it’s not the slowest out there. I found the magnets for the Magsafe really strong, and could keep my phone charging while I was in a call, or just using normally, with no fear of the power bank falling off. On top of all this, I was able to charge my Android smartphones without any issue as well, and it worked super nicely with my new Pixel 10 Pro which uses the PixelSnap akin to Magsafe.
From build quality and design, the Ridge gets an A+ from me. It’s well proportioned and balanced, and the overall design is quite appealing, especially with the Basecamp Orange I have. It feels well built, and while it took a few scuff when dropped at an airport a couple of days ago, it has held up well. As a plus, it has a builtin kickstand that is again very helpful in a pinch.
As for interface, the Ridge has a single button, paired to a monochrome display which can show the charging status and battery level. I like the idea that charging devices only start when the button has been pressed, so I can keep it attached to my phone, use it for the kickstand, and not constantly charge my phone.
Overall, the Ridge is a well thought out product. It’s a good package to replace a lot of travel chargers - the only thing I needed was a USB-C wall charger with it and I’m set for most travel. The only gripe I may have is whether the wired charging speed could have been faster. That would have made it perfect.

Takes a while to charge my watch and my phone wirelessly and get really hot even when I plug it in.

Ill start with the pros: the design is cool and the Apple Watch charger in the middle is also a neat addition. Now for the cons: the battery life felt sub par on it, even for 10k milleamp hours. The quality and material of the product feels cheap and not the quality you would expect from a company like Ridge. The kickstand is extremely hard to get out if you have shorter nails, same with the 2 cords on the side. Also, the kickstand part of the design should have been better thought out. Just go with the Anker MagGo if you want a great all arounder portable battery.
