I kept looking over gameplay on youtube, trying to decide if I should buy this game. I finally broke down and bought it. So, if you are sitting and doing the same thing I suggest you just go out and buy it because it is definitely worth it! I am a big open world fan, I still play GTA regularly, but it has taken a backseat to this game for now. Its like playing GTA, but the character has great climbing skills. The fighting system is very simple and fun. Out of nowhere, I was sneaking up behind a NaziSoldier and I had an MP44, hit the attack button and Sean(main character) turned the MP44 like a baseball bat and clock him with it. I also "accidently" grabbed a random woman in the clinch and delivered a text book MMA knee to the face, it put her out immediately. Driving is nothing to complain about, its like GTA; few buttons switched around is all. I understand why this got the MA rating, shortly into the game you will understand too.

its really cool how its in black and white and color like you are in france, the ladies singing in french i love it and all the germans in the bar are drinking as you have a secret place in the bar. and the action is good and sometimes you have to kill a german and take his uniform. to get inside but the action is fast and quick and its a game that has so much to blow up and the shooting is right on love takeing them down when there backs are turned. as you blow up towers and climb on top of roofs its a blast but not always easy but its so much fun. take it from me its a game to own. best buy has the best games and great price. an offer i could not refuse.

Dont normally write reviews, but feel this game needs one, because doesn't seem to be well advertised.. It's like GTA meets Assassins Creed, Graphics are really good, and France looks stunning, the gameplay seems plentiful, and although I've now finished the main story, there's still loads to do, perk upgrades, races and of course the highly enjoyable destruction of all kinds of emplacements scattered across the city. Would reccomend this to anyone really, for tactics, action/adventure, disguise its an all round epic of a game, buy it, and enjoy it. 9.5/10 for me, its up there with the giants of gaming like Uncharted 2, A.Creed 2, one of the best I've bought. I was unsure how this game would play out but a game about doing in is always a winner in my book. Very addictive, amazing missions and ambient freeplay. just going about 40's paris is brilliant in itself. Its a shame the pandemic studios folded so there probably wont be another saboteur game but at least the company went out with a really awesome game. Must buy!

When you get a GTA IV with a Paris-ambienced map and great songs dated from 50's so you are playing The Saboteur. There's action in this game, but the great mark of this game is the audio and the new way to pass an ambient feeling through the TV screen, with the Black & White style combined with highlighted colors when it has to be highlighted, like blood, explosions, guns, and some other stuffs. You will have a blast.

Overall this is a great game, my only complaint is that the main story is short. The only other thing is that sometimes the alarms are sounded too frequently and with little provocation. But like I said overall this is a good game and I recommend it.

Similar basic game play of Grand Theft Auto but with a WWII storyline and a bit of Assasins Creed thrown in, in that you have to keep a low profile. Not the best graphics in the world but good. I enjoy the storyline. If you are easily offended go ahead and skip this one. There is nudity, lots of digital boobies, so if you can't stand that in a video game then don't bother with this. You can toggle it off and on but it is suggestive nonetheless. Several different difficulty levels so if you're not a junkie gamer you can still enjoy the game without "mastering" it over days at a time. It is fun and entertaining and to me that's the most important criteria.

I absolutely love this game. Mixes its gameplay, stealing cars like grand theft auto, to sneaking around and silently killing the enemy as in hitman. Just love running or driving to destroy enemy emplacements like AA guns, sentry posts, sniper towers and loads more then moving onto the story line. Most enjoyable game and lots to offer. Must buy for all gamers!

I normally have a really short attention span with games but this one has been different, there is so much to do. You need to give it a chance though ! The first couple of hours of gameplay feel very linear but this is just building up the story and giving you chance to learn the control system - after that the sandbox opens up and you are set free in a beautifully drawn city set in the country of France. You often find yourself drawn into side missions, blowing up tanks, sniper towers etc - it is truly awesome! The characters and storyline are fantastic. Some have said that the gameplay is too easy - i personally think it is just difficult enough (on normal setting) so that you don't do what i normally do and end up getting so frustrated with a single part of the game that you stop playing it altogether - Go out and buy it - give it a chance you won't regret it!

it IS worth the $20 you can get it at most places. The controls take some getting used to, and the game doesn't pick up till about the second hour in, AND the guy climbs buildings like your average person (don't be expecting smooth, fluid, quick climbs) but if you can look past these drawbacks, it's a fairly enjoyable game. I recommend it ONLY as a value price game.

Nice kick some a** game. Makes me feel better after my chemo treatments to fight some natzi scum and kill them. Interesting storyline with great missions to complete, It's not just about kill them all, you actually need to complete tasks

this game reminds me of gta since you can roam around cities, steal a car, shoot anyone etc. The game also involves a lot of stealth, escaping from the authorities and climbing buildings. Climbing a building can be awkward, need some time to get used to. I just started playing the game, and so far I like it. :)

Awesome new concept. Starts in black and white and gets coloured in when you acomplish the task. This game's name should be "Assasins Grand Hitman Theft Creed". Just be patient in the start. It is well worth it. My choice for "Surprise Game of the Year" !! A +++++

The game was pretty much a bargain when I saw it online, it was well worth it.
