An interesting spy character, brought to life by Val Kilmer in a good time for the actor. A spy that morphs and changes his image and character. One of my favorites.

The movie The Saint is a remake from the old '60s series on television. The saints starring Val kilmer and Elizabeth's shoe is a great mix. Val kilmer plays the saint a spy or thief who goes and steals international products from different countries always using the name of a saint from his days a childhood when he was in a Catholic boarding school. Elizabeth shoe happens to be a scientist trying to develop cold fusion. Val kilmer is hired to steal the formula from Elizabeth's shoe. They wound up falling in love and he doesn't know how to react because of falling in love with her. It gets crazy when they are in Russia and he has to save not only himself but her as well. If your fan of Val kilmer and some of his movies this I would have to say is his best.

This movie is very entertaining and has a perfect combination of good acting and story. A must have for collectors!

Definite recommendation on this somewhat forgotten movie from the 90s. Val Kilmer usually impresses and this movie is another example. He is one character with many faces for sure and every one of them is unique. I put this one, along with his depiction of Doc Holliday in Tombstone, as Kilmer's best work.

I have been missing this movie so much and I’m glad it finally got a SD-BD release in Dolby TrueHD 5.1! This film is amazing and classic Cold War era style story telling! It imitates what we see 24 years later! The picture quality is amazing and the sound is exactly as I remember it! It’s a cult classic and I can’t wait for a 4K UHD BD release for the 25th year anniversary!

Great movie. I was absolutely thrilled to see it finally available on blu ray. The quality is decent and the sound is very crisp. Shipping from Best Buy was very fast and the price was right.

I got a craving for some Val Kilmer! This is not the best movie ever made. It's kind of a poor man's Bond film. Just the same, it's a fun romp through Russia in the years after communism fell and is almost believable given the then political climate... Except for the cold fusion part... Very enjoyable and literally unbelievable movie.

Hadn't seen the movie since I was a kid, it was pretty entertaining still as an adult. The bluray does look and sound better than streaming on Amazon, but it is still nowhere near quality of modern movies with 4K and Atmos. Still worth $10 if you like spy thrillers.

This a good action adventure film. It has some intriguing spy like stuff going on, and some political intrigue going. The fringe science elements are entertaining and are one the driving elements of the story. It has a great cast of actors.

Val Kilmer plays an expert thief who is hired to steal a scientific formula from a female scientist but along the way ends up falling in love with her.

Very enjoyable film. The chemistry between Elizabeth Shue and Val Kilmer is awesome! Great story about a thief with many tricks and disguises who falls for a beautiful scientist. The bad guys play it very well too. Plenty of action and adventure!

Was thrilled to see this finally arrive on blu ray. Only took 24 years lol. Nonetheless great action movie with Val Kilmer and Elizabeth Shue

It's funny! I had just bought the DVD right before they announced it was coming to blu-ray. Definitely a great film.

Fun Val Kilmer movie about espionage. Video quality could have been better but this is the only version of the movie right now.
