The story itself is without a trace of subtlety or ambiguity, depicting communists as virtuous, principled, altruistic and strategic. Their foes are insidious, covetous, sadistic and draconian.

Tiger Mountain has a great plot and story. It has many great turns and twists in the war with the police force and rebels. It has an edge feeling to line with the high adventure-actions.

The story line was decent and the sets was pretty . I can say that the fighting could have been better , but with the heck it's martial arts and it just makes me wanna fight lol

As usual Well Go USA has always been great in bringing Asian cinema to the US. The movie itself is great. The product has a nice slipcover as other Well Go releases have. Recommended.

Action movie that proved to be very entertaining. I will buy this Director's movies in the future.

I love this film and Tsui Hark is one of my favorite directors.

I love Tsui Hark's movies and this is no exception.

Maybe it had a lot of good fight scenes but I didn't get that far. Didn't like there was no way to change to English version.

This movie was a real turkey. Very cartoonish, silly plot, poor acting. I would not recommend it.

Unless you like Chinese movie or Kungfu, this movie may be not for you.
