If you are at all interested in Stephen Hawking, this film takes an incredibly well-scripted and well-acted look into his life.

I really enjoyed this film. The story and portrayal of Hawking are fascinating.

My hypothesis: This movie earned several good review because the story talks about Stephen Hawking, a physicist known for being one of the most intelligent people in the world. The movie's suspense seemed heavily dependent on Jane's frustration with Stephen Hawking's progressive muscle deterioration. Throughout the movie, Jane seems to struggle with maintaining her patience to raise the family.
