In 1974, high-wire artist Philippe Petit recruits a team of people to help him realize his dream: to walk the immense void between the World Trade Center towers.

This was surprisingly really good. It was very quirky and that's what made it so much better. It's like a heist film set up but not to steal anything but to achieve a dream. It was spectacular and the third half was mind blowing.

This movie is a great 3D pick. Looking down from the twin towers utilizes the best of the effect. The movie itself is just a rehash of the documentary Man on a Wire. Check that out to see the real Petit.

I hadn't really heard of this story before the film. The shots on screen are not for people that don't like heights. They show a great deal of situations that would make someone scared of heights turn it off.

Graphics were amazing for this movie. My only concern was i would of through the it would of been cheaper if they had a Blu-ray dvd version instead of me having to buy the 3d version bc I don't have a need for 3d.

Great film made even better with excellent 3D quality. I'm a fan of 3D and found this film worked so well in 3D. Felt like you were on the wire between the World Trade towers! Can't believe this stunt was actually done.

The realism of the scenes on top of the WTC would make anyone feel as though the were there. The story of Philipe petite is told in a most engaging manner> Joseph Gordon-Levitt was absolutely perfect for the role

This is one of the best films i have seen in a long time. the historical facts are mostly true. the acting is great and the feel of being there was spot on. I almost fell off the wire at least five times.

I enjoyed this movie, especially the way it was directed with blending in old and new, present and past...I enjoyed watching the WTC since I had the pleasure being a visitor 3 months prior to the tragedy...

This movie was great. It does have a slow start but picks up as soon as the high walk begins. This was a movie made for 3D but the standard version is great too. Worth enjoying at least once.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is an awesome actor, but his french accent in this is pretty awful. Luckily the story is driven along by over-all great acting and the 3D is actually an asset to the power of this film.

On August 7, 1974, French high wire artist Philippe Petit walking on a line on the Twin Towers from one building to another. The film shows what he had to endure before and after the event.

First, if the end scene in this movie does not make you shed a tear, you have no heart! The visual effects, even though they were green screen, were fantastic. Joseph Gordon-Leavitt did a tremendous job.

Really inspirational movie to see the main character stop at nothing to follow his dream, and as a New Yorker the towers looked amazing in the movie it was really emotional seeing them in this film
