season 2 is the best season of twd. it had great story telling, action, and character development

Never thought I'd enjoy a show such as this as I am not normally into anything of this genre, however in watching this Season as well as the past and in seeing the way the actors work together as a unit in front of and behind the scenes (through the extras) it's pretty cool. Purchased Season 1 and was hooked, had to have Season 2 and then 3, now waiting on Season 4 to come out. The extras are great and seeing how the show was made with all of the behind the scenes footage helps make any concern for the gore go away. Being able to see the deleted scenes and the webisodes of the season make the DVD/Blu-ray worth the purchase. A much more enjoyable experience than if I had only watched it on TV when it aired.

Since Season One was just a few episodes and basically just introduced the characters and the concept, it took until Season Two to really get good. And Season Two does just that! We start to get to really know the basic characters now and there are new ones introduced to boot. Rick, Shane, Lori,Carl, and the gang find new survivors and encounter new walkers. We get to meet Herschel, Maggie, and Beth. Special effects are first rate and the story starts to be laid out. What is the real evil... the walkers or the survivors? Will they find Sophia? What is in the barn? Lots to love here.

One of the interesting parts about this series is that the zombies are just a hazard of the environment. The biggest part of the series is all the interpersonal actions. I didn't think I'd care for it, as it started out kinda slow, but the story really keeps you into it if you watch.

TWD is drama, action and great story telling. People that have not seen TWD believe it is about zombies. If this is you, you need to buy this DVD and you will understand what the fuss is all about this show. Watch a couple of episodes and I guarantee that you will be hooked.

The Walking Dead is a great show with a ton of thrills and interesting characters. Everyone knows zombies at this point, and the show takes place after/during a zombie apocalypse. The characters are great, with some likeable, and some not so likeable. Highly recommended

I’m a huge fan of this series and this season didn’t disappoint me at all. The best this show has to offer is in the first 5 Seasons. I’ve purchased them all up to Season 7.

This show is truly one of the best. The story hooks you and you become rabid for more. I'm always impressed at how they develop the characters and have such extreme character transformations. Watch this, you won't be disappointed.

"The Walking Dead" is just a great show. Good suspense, camera work, special effects, writing, directing etc... Been a fan since the beginning and have seen such great metamorphises of the characters. Cannot wait for each new season!!

Love this--best Zombie series to come along! Each week brings you more in tune with the members of the group. You grow to love each one and when they are killed off, it makes me cry!

The second season was great. It brought a change in scenery but broadened the character list considerably. Anyone who liked the first season will be happy with the direction of the second. The Walking Dead: It Satisfies!

Needed seasons two and three to complete the set for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She is thrilled. And the only place I could find both of these sets was Best Buy. I should have just gone there first.

The Walking Dead Season Two is one of the best seasons of the series so far. The setting is great. The walker make-up is outstanding! I would highly recommend this season to any Walking Dead fans to own.

Season 2 of the Walking Dead is when the series take off to another level. For the entire season 2 at a great price! Delivery was really fast.

Still has me hooked for the second season--can't wait for the third!! Really, the zombies have nothing to do with it...it's the story and the characters. You are pulling for them to stay safe!

I purchased this because I wanted to be able to look back and see some of the little details in an episode that I missed when first viewing. Love this show and don't want to miss a thing!

This is a great Black Friday deal. I love The Walking Dead I enjoy having hard copies of my favorite TV because I like to watch them repeatedly like movies

I really enjoy the series, can't wait until I can afford the 3rd season. It is pretty violent and gory, though what can you expect from a series about zombies? ;o)
