The West Wing is probably one of the best TV shows ever broadcast in the US. This particular set is great in that in addition to having the typical DVD set extras (commentaries and the like), it also has a copy of the pilot episode script and the DVD packaging mimics government file folders. Finally, the cherry on the top for me was that I got it on sale for ~$60.

Love love love Aaron Sorkin's writing, style, wit, pace, episode story lines & ongoing character story lines - all wonderful. The actors are also such masters of their craft. So endearing. The pace is always an interesting factor. This complete DVD set is beautifully designed. The packaging is collection worthy, the DVDs are one sided, not both, which we prefer. We haven't looked at the Extras yet to comment on those.

The West Wing is one of my all-time favorite shows and it still resonates today. The series is beautifully boxed with each season in a separate file. I am on season five and so far have only experienced a glitch in one episode. Scene selection was a help in getting past the glitch. If you are a West Wing fan, you will love this box set.

Bought this set for my wife for her birthday (she has always loved this show.) Fantastic set for the money (got it on sale) and there isn't anything about it Not to Love. Personally, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because it wasn't available on Blu Ray. Since everything is eventually going digital, HD to digital conversions go smoother if the source is a Blu Ray VS standard DVD

This was one of my favorite shows on TV and I was excited to see that Best Buy had the entire series on sale for less than $70. Not only do you get all 7 seasons, but a ton of great bonus features on disc as well as in the packaging. I loved that the original pilot script was included.

Bought this series as a gift for my wife who is into politics. The box set is aesthetically attractive and eye catching. So far, we have watched season one and two and are quite impressed with the fast paced, well written storyline. Acting is fantastic and roles are cast perfectly!

I purchased this set as a gift for my husband. We both love the show and I am so happy that I was able to buy the complete series in one set instead of individual seasons. (far more cost effective) The only mild let-down is that it doesn't appear to be in HD. We've only finished watching the first season, and it wasn't in HD. Maybe the other seasons will be.....fingers crossed. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this set and have actually purchased another set to give as a gift. Excellent writing and great ensemble cast!

If you loved Jeb Bartlett's presidency, you'll love this handsomely packaged DVD set of the whole West Wing series. Considering the current Presidential "race," you may want to fantasize about happier, more productive times than what we are facing in the near future!

I'm still in the process of watching all of the seasons. 45 discs is a lot to go through. I really enjoyed the series when it came on TV. Now it is just as nice to watch so many years after. It was a good cast, with good writing, and good production. And a lot of walking.

I loved this item was happy to purchase it and look forward to watching the series over and over for years to come. I would highly recommend buying the box set it is a cheaper price than buying seasons separately.

Its great having the entire series in one box, one location and I can play it whenever I feel like it without worrying about if my digital media provider is going to charge me for it when it was free or if they've taken it off completely.

Best buy always has the best DVD collections great place to shop for any appliances phones computers the newest televisions stereo equipment for cars or trucks and the service is great always an employee around to help.

I have been wanting to own this box set since the first time I saw it on the shelf. Best Buy had it on sale one day when I was looking at new releases and I had to have it.

I am a great fan and wish this show could have went longer, never could quite see a show as thorough and detailed in showing the realities of life in the white house.

This is a must see series for those who appreciate well written television shows. The acting is well executed and the scenarios of the episodes are believable.

My wife saw this at our local Best Buy and had to scoop it up. Once she finishes up with the Dallas original series this one is next!!

The West Wing is easily 1 of the Top 10 TV shows ever made. Box set does not disappoint. Great bonus material.

This is a complete set and then some of the greatest TV series in history, and I will spend many hours thoroughly enjoying it.

Loved the price for this complete series. It's a 'keeper'. This was a great program WEST WING and can only wish it were true.
