I am a huge fan of Horror & Suspense movies that relate to the supernatural, therefore, I enjoyed "The Woman in Black" because it has a dark and gloomy feel to it, yet it's not too scary for those that don't like horror movies. The acting was okay but there are a few good surprises here and there. I recommend seeing this movie at least once because it does have an interesting ending that will leave you wanting more. All in all I give this movie 4 stars because it does gives you shivers every now and then but doesn't scare the pants off of you.

Most people are torn on their opinions of this movie. My advice: put aside all of your ideas as to how a horror movie "should" go. With a rich environment and great performances from the cast, The Woman In Black may not be a genre-defining horror movie, but it's one of the most solid horror movies in recent years. Give it a shot!

If your looking for a good horror movie, here you go. It has a little bit of everything for everyone. Keeps you on the edge of your seat and has just enough frights to keep you excited.

Heard this movie was pretty good but also heard the opposite from friends who saw it. I was surprised. It was better than what i had expected. Go ahead and watch.

Enjoyed watching this and now able to understand the full story behind this mystery, the people and this house. Really should watch.

Good mildly spooky movie. The backdrop and atmosphere were nicely done. Good movie to rent or watch online. Bought bluray for a very good price, but unlikely that I will watch again.
