Works great for hot and cold therapy on sore muscles!

Works amazing on smaller joints and spots. Much easier than ice packs especially when traveling. Nice option to do contrast between hot/cold.

Husband has chronic pains and works out frequently. Got as Christmas present for him. He uses it every night and loves it. Definitely helps his muscle recovery process.

It doesn’t feel hot enough I can barely feel heat. The cold option works better. The battery seems to last long as I have been using everyday couple times a day for a few days now without charging

This does exactly what it says it does. It is great for aches and pains. It is very convenient and I would recommend it to anyone.

It's not very big, and it doesn't stay in place very good. I think it's overpriced for what you get.

I had minot doubts as to how cold it would get, well it better then I thought it would be. Havent been disappointed yet by this brand name

I’m a runner. Like every day running and gym. I have always tried to stretch before and after to keep from injury and soreness but always seem to still get both. This Therabody was easy to set up and felt really good both on the heat setting and also on the cool setting. I liked especially the highest setting (3). It is small frame easy to charge and comes with Velcro both that can wrap around your body or a smaller one for wrists or smaller areas. My wife loves it for the heat for sciatica type pain. She had issues using it on her hand/fingers for long periods of time but that was also because she didn’t adjust the Velcro scrap correctly. The manual is good at helping explain how to use it efficiently. Some negatives? It is semi loud at the highest setting which again you can expect as the fan has to act to dissipate the heat I imagine. A lot of good points, battery life, usb c charging, heavy well made construction and actual real true heat and cold settings that work. If you suffer from pains this will be helpful!
