I was having trouble with the smell from cooking, but after days this machine not only cleared it up, but the rest of my downstairs showed better air then before

bought this for pet dander and could tell big difference in couple days

I use it in a basement that doesn't get much air circulation. It's hard to tell if the air quality has improved, but it certainly smells much better. I'm happy with the product.

Stayed at in-laws house who have a dog. My husband and I both have terrible allergies. We bought this the second night to clear the air. Worked great, we both woke up without allergies!

I have no idea whether or not it's doing any of the things it claims it is, and just hope that someone screened them well enough to assure that this thing is earning its keep. That being said, my room certainly hasn't been feeling stuffy, and my allergies have subsided. I suppose I just wish the filter ever actually got dirty enough for me to feel confident that it was doing something.

Bought this to keep help purify a basement area - helped with the smells and made us feel better about potential germs! The washable filter is the best part!

Has an option to use an ION feature. I used this in a room where I had cleaned the carpets and there was a residual odor from the cleaning solution. I ran the air cleaner for three hours on high and the odor was gone. I have also used in to help with pet odors with good results. I would buy this model again if I had it to do over

It's hard to tell on a day to day basis but I believe there's less dust in the rooms I use it in, the way these things are by making the dust and airbone stuff heavier so it can be collected, however this did leave a black ring on my carpet of I assume and or hope is dust. be warned.

I ended up looking for something to help my son and wife with their allergies this did the trick also keeps room cool

The air does feel different and the dust is reduced after about an hour. It's great that you can just clean the filter many times before replacing. Worth the money in my opinion. Bought this for my daughter and I feel better that she is breathing cleaner air.
