Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super disappointed that after just getting the new Thermador kitchen suite 2/2022, the Thermador lettering on the downdraft now reads as "Thermado" w/ part of the a missing. We take really good care of our appliances and would never have expected this shoddy material from a company like Thermador. I hope that we can get this fixed.
