    The first installation of this exotic oven failed, due to a factory faulty electrical panel. It failed two days before Christmas dinner. The replacement wasn’t installed for ten more days. But the replacement has been successful. And, all parties (Depot and Thermador and the installer) we’re professional and cooperative.
