Microwave Malfunctions after 3 years

After ONLY 3 YEARS, the microwave stopped working. Called appliance repair and they charged $900 to fix it. $900! To fix an appliance the JUST went out of warranty. Stay away from this product it is an absolute money pit.

I chose this because it is the exact size. I only used the rotisserie function twice and it is no longer functioning. I contacted Thermador 5 times to arrange repair service without success. Each time the average holding time is 45 min. Very frustrated!

Best Buy said they cannot repair, but need to replaced and we waited 2 years, still couldnt get replaced. We had to cancel the whole order. Remived this horrible unit. Bought separate units from GE profile and spent a fortune again to install all 3 separate units.
