I LOVE my new oven! Our old oven was about 20 years old and the lower oven wasn't working, so it was time. Due to the manufacturing and resources back-up, this was not a good time to do that. My local appliance shop didn't have what I needed in stock, so I did a search online and found that Best Buy actually had this oven in stock! They didn't just claim to have it in stock and later say it would take 9 months to a year to get, they actually had it "in stock." This oven is fantastic. I love the fact it has side opening doors rather than a pull down door as I can get right up to the oven and check the food as it's cooking as well as place it in and out of the oven with ease. It cooks everything evenly. It took some adjusting on times from my old oven to this but didn't take long. The only issue I had difficulty with was setting up the wifi to connect to the app. Other than that, this oven is amazing!

Awful. Not even 5 years old. Had parts replaced first year. Has never worked right. Now it's even worse. Temp control is all over the place and we are told they can't fix it. Now I'm stuck with a broken God awful expensive piece of metal. And we bought all new thermador appliances at that time. We put a lot of money into the company redoing our entire kitchen. I will never own anything thermador or tied to thermador again. 5 years old and broken. Amd they won't fix it
