Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very disappointed with the Thermador brand, since we installed the microwave oven unit we have not been able to use the oven because when you set up to 400 degrees the oven unit overheats and gives an error code that does not allow you to continue using it. Calling customer services is a nightmare and when you get them to send a technician, they have no idea what is wrong with the oven and therefore do not solve the problem. We have already been visited by 2 different specialists 3 times in 3 months and we are still waiting for them to solve the error. Furthermore, the microwave turns off after each use and it takes at least 5 seconds to operate it before you can press the power button. I definitely do not recommend this particular equipment, it is incredible that it costs so much money and malfunctions from the first use.

Unfortunately the microwave, which is the appliance that is most like use often shuts off after every use and you need to press the buttons around 5-6 times to get where you want to get, while beeping extremely loud every single time you use it . The oven which it gets use maybe once a month is ready at once click. Also do not let the 3rd party bestbuy installers near your house . They are useless

Since the installation of the double wall oven - it has not worked. The third service call has failed to provide us an operational unit. We get the same error code every time we try to use the oven. Will never purchase Thermador again. Buyer beware
