Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stays broken. Not the fault of Best Buy. Service been out several times. Cant get parts. Will be 1 year it has been broken next month. Thermador finally agreed to swap it out. Now need wait another 6 months. Thank goodness for the air fryer on the counter!
