I wanted duel fuel due to the problems with baking from my last gas range. This range delivers on all fronts! Convection baking works amazingly well! Thermador has made a great oven that is worth the price. Prime One Installation is wonderful and so professional!

I love this brand of gas ranges. There are a couple of upgrades, but essentially it's the same range.

Best Buy assured me If i had any issues it would be taken seriously by Thermador. 4 technicians have come to my home over the last 4 months and they will not replace my stove and it still does not work. I’m utterly shocked by this experience and would expect this type of service from Frigidaire but never Thermador.

Not Worth the Wait

Everything was good for the first hour, then the front left low simmer burner shut off. Now it will not reignite and no spark or gas. Warranty call out on day 2. Awesome :(

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not only was this dead on arrival and had to be taken apart for months by a third-party thermador designated warranty team, but it wasnt the specifications that Best Buy advertised to us. This isn't a modern range at all compared to modern high heat ranges; the real reason it has good heat dispersion is because it only has 17,000 BTUs slowly heating compared to typicaly 21,000+ BTU setups like we had requested to purchase. The original associate and department over in Columbia MD acted like we were friends only to completely ghost us after the sale and Best Buy wouldn't let us return the product immediately after it was delivered even despite being unopened. Terrible experience for all the years we saved to invest in a thermador range, and a suboptimal misrepresented product from Best Buy. Thermador support also stonewalled me for years now saying they were busy and would get back to me endlessly; once they have your money they don't care, be careful.
