Heat pump went out. Certified technician told us to call Termador/Bosch service center because this should not happen. Answer was tough luck. Go with the cheaper models not worth $2K+

1) Fill the rise compartment with Jet-Dry.
2) Adjust rinse aid dispense amount according to the water type in your area.

Not worth the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dishwasher worked well for one year then it intermittently would not work. The touch panel seemed to get moisture in it when it runs and then the buttons are unresponsive for three days until it dries out. We contacted thermador for warranty and they sent a technician out who looked at it and, of course it worked while he was here. Sure enough the next day it wouldn’t work. The tech came back out several weeks later, this time we had video, and yet Thermador would not honor the warranty. We paid cash to have the unit repaired and it still does not work. We are now throwing away a 2 year old $2,700 dishwasher and buying a different brand. We will not buy Bosch or Thermador again after this experience.
