This is the best dish washer that we ever owned. The dishes and glass come out shinny and very clean since it has a built-in water softener You just need to add salt. It runs very quiet in the auto mode. We got the emerald model FREE when buying the Thermador range - we did pay for the upgrade to get this Sapphire model due to the water softener and the Zeolite - it is worth it! It looks really good and solid.

We’ve owned Bosch dishwashers for years and was able to take advantage of getting this Thermador one with our refrigerator purchase. Needles to say we love it, it does an excellent job on everything we put in it. The floor display is so much nicer than the little red light on our other Bosch. It connects to an app on my wife’s phone so she can make sure she ran it from bed at anytime. Oh and every one loves the iconic Professional Handles. Highly recommend.

Best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. Had it for a year now and it is so quiet and dishes get very clean. I love the lighted display on the floor showing how much time is left.

Dish washing is good. But dishes are never dry. We are having to wipe clean all dishes with a towel. We made sure the dry option is selected along with auto and normal cycles, but there is always condensation all over the washer and dishes. Space-wise, this unit is built for small dishes. 3 rack design reduced head room on each rack. If you have a tall one such as juice or wine pouring jar, it won't fit. We came from a 2-rack Monogram dishwasher and I guess it will take some getting used to washing larger items by hand.

I thought all dishwasher were the same, but this showed me otherwise. We love how quiet it is when it's in use and I think it's great how it projects on the floor. The App interface is also great, easy to use and pretty straight forward. I like how when setting up it prompts you to select how hard the water is so the software can then dictate how much salt and rinse aid the wash will take. Overall I highly recommend this not only because of the brand that it is, but because of all functions it offers over other major brands.

Very quiet. We didn't think our LG did a bad job of cleaning but our dishes with the Thermador are coming out much cleaner. The drying cycle is amazing.

Had some trouble initially to close the door and with the remote option but now find it very convenient..

This dishwasher is amazing. Quick cycles. Prefill with salt and rinse aid and the dishes, especially wine glasses, come out crystal clear and clean. The zeolite crystal dry is nice but you don’t really need it unless you plan to empty the dishwasher immediately. Super sturdy build. Worth the $2k price tag.

This Thermador dishwasher is loaded with useful features. It is super quiet. So quiet you really need the display projected on the floor to know it is washing and the status. The blue lights look cool but also help to illuminate when loading. We have a water softening system for our house, but if you don’t, this dishwasher can use special salt for its own softening system. Zeolite drying works great and saves electricity and water. This dishwasher is very pricey, but is the total bomb.
