This item is very expensive for what it is, a piece of metal. It should be included with the hood as it appears on the pictures

Even though this is a part that needs to go with hood; once placed after the installation of the hood it certain completes the unit. With that said not sure what really contributed to the high price of this telescope considering it all and only steel.

when this was sold to us, not only did it take forever to get here, over 6 months, its made for a 12 foot ceiling not and 8 for ceiling
