The dishes are still wet even with the advanced dry, I have to towel dry my dishes. What's the point of a dishwasher then. Also the entire house still has water on the stainless and it stays wet in the dishwasher for days after using it causing a musty rank smell in my brand new dishwasher. I am trying to return it now.

They dont have a clue what they're doing, from sales to delivery to installation. I'm telling you, DO NOT buy high end appliances from them, you'll be sorry. Best Buy does a lot of things right, high end appliances is a business they should not be in. It's been our worst purchasing experience EVER!!
