Got this during the black Friday sale since my part was coming in for a my computer that I was building. Overall happy with the looks and the performance. I wouldn't be discouraged in getting this brand if you're aren't aware of the brand. (I didn't know this brand as well when I bought it)

This cooler is able to maintain decent operating temperatures despite being a 120mm solution. When attempting some modest overclocking to my 9700k it failed to maintain temperatures under load and pushed temps to around 73-80 with only a small adaptive voltage increase (0.2) when attempting an all core overclock to 4.8. I am not really concerned with overclocking this chip at the moment as it performs extremely well out of the box. That being said the cost/performance of this unit is horrific. I can achieve almost equal performance from a stock CPU fan cooler from my old 4770k! Not acceptable at this price in my opinion. The RGB lighting is functional but heavily limited. The controller provided with the unit restricts your lighting control to the manufacturers TT RGB application which means that you must use their application (which is horrible) AND it must be running to retain your lighting settings. If you want your motherboard to be able to sync the lighting across all devices then TT requires a separate purchase to be able to do so. You need to buy their Sync controller which has a header connection for the RGB. I dont like flashy cases and a ton of fancy RGB effects. I wanted to be able to set my lighting to a low white shade so that it is not distracting while still showing off some of the nice tech in my case. Every time I go into standby the TT software fails to setup the lighting when waking up resulting in a RGB puke fest. When the software does start (or restarting after sleep) you get an annoying alert that requires you to click OK. Not a big deal until you have to do it every time you boot or restart the TT application. Overall for this amount of money I would highly recommend almost any other solution as the price/features is extremely poor. The cooling is nothing more than average and the RGB software and controller is laughable. It will perform with out of the box cpu's just fine, just dont expect any real performance or RGB control. Just because it has flashy lights does not mean that it is a quality unit, even the machining on the radiator is sub-par. It seems TT thinks by adding LED's they can charge a massive premium for a cheap unit. To get this product to a 3, maybe 4 star rating a few things would need to happen. 1. The included controller should have header connections so that we have the option to use TT sofware or to just allow our motherboard to control it. 2. The cooling performance of this unit is not worth the cost. For a few dollars more you can get much better solutions. This should cost no more than 100.00, even at that price it may not be worth it. 3. Fix TT software. Get rid of the annoying popup at launch and fix the failure to reset lighting after returning from sleep/hibernation modes. Obviously this cooler is not intended for real overclocking efforts and is more for show. If all you care about is having average cooling, flashy lights, and dont mind buggy software then this unit may be the right fit. But for the price there are WAY better options out there.
