First and last time buying ThermalTake products. After waiting a million years for delivery, they sent me all the wrong hardware for install despite claiming the board is universal. My $180 board is 100% compatible with this product. Their customer service team ghosted me and I had to spend another $20+ for the right hardware. I will be avoiding this company at all costs going forward. They do not care about their customers. I look forward to their generic, useless reply below.

If something is not compatible or you are sent the wrong hardware, we definitely have processes to assist with this with very few reasons why we wouldn't be able too.
