    Great product for an amazing price! My son is a gamer and video/song producer. This PC does it all and with 9 fans it can keep up with the full time use.

    Runs everything great. Setting it up was easy too, just had to remove some styrofoam from under the GPU. Happy with the purchase

    No issues so far. Receives daily use for multiple hours a day. Performs great, coming from a 1660ti. I will update if I run into any issues.

    Computer keeps crashing. Appears to be a RAM issue. Still under warranty. Submitted a claim 2 months ago, no response from Thermaltake after numerous follow ups.

    It’s a good prebuilt pc but first time I bought the pc it didn’t work properly, when I got a refund and got it again it worked properly

    Missing parts, fans were loose and will have to replace in the next month or so. Better off building your own. Oh yeah and plzzzzz make sure you buy their “insurance “ or you are going to be stuck with $1800s paper weight

    Amazing deal but thermaltake has a high return rate for pre-built pc's. My graphics card was damaged but I at least got a refund the next day. Buy at your own risk and keep everything intact after testing lol.
