I have only played the opening scenario which teaches the game controls. So far, I am enjoying the game and like the music, sound effects and graphics. The game has received overall favorable reviews from gaming sites but I think it is not for everyone. If you want to go in guns blazing, look elsewhere. But if you like strategy combined with some RPG aspects check this game out.

I was disappointed by this game. I'm a big fan of stealth games like Assassins Creed and Dishonored, but this one didn't really do it for me. I got over half way through the story line and still couldn't really figure out where the story was going. One mission wasn't really even a stealth mission at all but was borderline on the horror genre. The side missions were cookie-cutter and got to be boring after a while. The world is pretty bland and all the areas tend to look pretty much the same. Navigation was also frequently frustrating and at times it seemed that the developers didn't understand the difference between a logic puzzle and a guessing game. The game doesn't have any fast travel, which means that except when you're in the main missions, you'll probably spend more time trying to get around than actually stealing things. If you just look at the stealth gameplay itself it is comparable with other games in the genre, but nothing special. The only mission I really enjoyed was the Bank Heist, but if you didn't preorder the game you won't even have that. Would not recommend buying until the price drops significantly.

This game I felt was hyped up but square enix dropped the ball on this one. Aside from some nice visuals the game doesn't really offer much else. The looting and exploring is very limited even the skills are somewhat disappointing

This game seems a little tedious at times but I tried it out with a rental and it stuck with me so I decided to buy it and play. Interesting storyline to it.

Although not an open-world game, it is fun to play, interact and explore. Not too difficult to learn and challenging enough if you want it to.

I'm really like this game, if you like the history games this is one of the good ones!

Item was priced reasonable for a preowned game and I've had no issues with game that might happen with it being preowned.

I purchased Thief for my fiancée for Christmas and she's already addicted to it. The game provides a lot of suspense for her and she loves it!

Challenging levels and fun exploring the maps and areas.

My kids didn't move for day without me turning it off...lol

Storyline is interesting for the most part... Until you're left on your own and then you're just running around and getting lost. There isn't much advanced in the graphics. It almost reminds me of ps2 days. It also wasn't what I expected from the PC version years ago. That had a complete different tone to it. And that's what I expected. I feel there was a lot of potential behind it but wasn't met.

Game was delivered very quickly and packaged well. My teenage boys seem to enjoy the game. They are the ones who gave the ratings for the game itself. I am happy with Best Buy for the the shopping experience.

I wanted to like this game, but the sound glitches made it very unplayable, from what I saw, graphics were great, and what little roaming around I did was fun, but the the broken audio made it unplayable...too bad, could have been a gem.
