Reason i say that the extra features this product has doesn't work well. EXAMPLE...It suppose too beep when shifting lanes but it goes off all the time. Had too shut off this feature. So I would say look around there are other cameras that are just as good but without the extra features, so i have too say your going to pay for features your not going too use. Good luck

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hate that using wifi stops it from recording I completely understand that you DO NOT DRIVE & play with your phone I don't do this & would never BUT what about a passenger & or if you wanted to leave it mounted & wanted to make sure that its recording & at a good angle between this camera & the rear one its a $500 investment which is way to much for the little that this does and btw the quality isn't any better than a $40 one.

While the dash cam is not recording and saving the footage on the microSD card when connected to Wi-Fi, you or your passenger can still check if the dash cam is functioning to your preferences with the "Live Stream' feature. I've heard there are savings I could receive just for having it. Looking into all of that now.
