Good laptop for its intended purposes. A little slower than i would like and the charging port became slightly loose.

Excellent lap top but I only have one complaint. The keyboard is VERY sensitive. Many times I will have been typing, I accidently touched the mousepad in the wrong place and wiped out a whole paragraph. I would suggest purchasing a separate mouse and/or keyboard.

Nice computer. gets hot very quickly. Not something I would recommend for this price, seeing as how to battery only lasts me MAYBE 3 hours straight use. idk if it even makes that. but overall its a fair computer. not worth the price though.

Within a week of use the system failed and was never able to recover. Even our IT guy could not fix it. I'm returning this item as soon as possible. Oh, and by the way , there is no Support phone number, just a website that no one ever answers.

The storage is nice on this laptop but for the price, I’m just not impressed with the quality.

Why did I spend 500 dollars on this thing? Memory fine; however the battery does not hold a charge, it overheats way too fast, and the Bluetooth connection sucks. I would not recommend it to a friend and will be returning to my local store tomorrow.

was okay. Slow once turned on, wouldn’t recommend if you don't have the patience or energy to deal with it. Felt cheap and kind of sad to hold. A good laptop once it’s not slow but other than that, it’s alright.

Great for college students slim, fast ,good storage space

I purchased this laptop for my elderly mother. It is easy to use and more than she will ever need.

I am disappointed in this laptop, I purchased it as a gift for my son and it has not worked at anytime, so I am very disappointed!

my granddaughter loves this computer. She says it was easy to set up and use. Price was good too.

Doesn't even turn on even after charging.i feel like I got scammed

It lagged badly during setup. And then only worked for about 5 minutes before it froze up. I couldn't reboot it so I turned it off and back on. It never got Windows to boot back up. It ran a diagnostic for a long time before declaring it couldn't fix itself.

I sent it back. The reviews on it are terrible and I thought it was an HP. I was looking up HP computers on the site, not Thomson.

Awesome computer, very fast and has ran every program I installed

Got the blue screen of death the first 24 hours I had the computer. The only thing downloaded onto it was a fully licensed copy of Office 365.

Worst laptop ever windows is failing battery won’t stay charged even when laptop is powered off. I have a year off warranty and Best Buy can’t even get me a way to contact the company to get them to help me fix it. Worst buy ever from Best Buy
