Works great for keeping up with my live work website, smooth keyboard, and great speed transitioning between documents and web pages

The CPU Chip (computer "Brain" and "director" for non-techs) is an older 2015 CPU. the higher end Intel Chips are categorized with a prefix of " i 3 i 5 i 7 i 9 " . IF YOU ARE WORKING WITH CHIPS MANUFACTURED IN THE SAME YEAR, Typically, the chip with the higher prefix number will be faster and/or more efficient as the number gets higher. EXAMPLE: The chip used in this machine is an i5 5257U but the more current chip i3 115G4 is a better chip. In other words, it is quite likely, as technology progresses... the NEWER i3 chips will be better than a 4 year old i5 chip and may likely be better than an older i7 chip. Consult with someone before you make your purchase... Ask for someone in the "geak squad" or a knowledgeable friend that is familiar with the terms "clock speed" and "turbo speed" and number of "cores" and "threads" to assist you through the maze ! You may still not get the "BEST BUY" ... pardon the pun or "best value" but you'll get a much better value than if you guess! make a bad purchase

Came just as advertised. Works fine and has a nice screen resolution. Pretty loud fan but thats expected. Not bad for the price.

This is horrible…purchased online at Best Buy in April and here we are now in August and laptop would not power off..screen black…unable to use…took to Best Buy and they cannot repair…unable to locate information for manufacture…so disappointed
