We purchased this stove so excited to get our first professional-like range, which also said it's easy to clean. When we opened the package the stove looked great (although I did which it came in a stainless steel knob option). However, after two uses of the stove we find that the black ceramic part stains VERY VERY easily and is impossible to get off. We cleaned our stove after cooking and it still didn't come out. After comparing this stove to my parent's Viking or even my friends LG stove it's obvious that Thor uses thin/cheap paint material on their stove tops which is why these stains are impossible to clean because the water/dirt already penetrated through the thin paint layer. I reached out to Thor support via email and customer service to find some assistance but they sent me an unhelpful "how to clean stainless steel" document and everything on their sheet I tried and it did not work. If you could, I would say reconsider buying this stove. The overall look is great but it's no different functioning wise than any LG/Samsung out there and at least those are easier to clean.

New Thor range, feels very solid. Did have a bent leg from shipping. But Bestbuy took care of us.

Since I purchased and installed this in 2021 the oven temperature bounces and never reaches the temp it is sent to. I cannot bake things fully. I've been dealing with Thor for a year now with no resolution and still no technician has arrived to look at it. So I had another company come and look at it, there is a part that needs to be replaced but the company I had come out cannot get the part from Thor as it's on backorder. I wish I could get my old electric oven back. All this after it arrived with a missing grate on the range.

Worst stove ever!!!! Thor has terrible customer service. Didn't heat to correct temperature from the start and now 2 years old and oven won't heat at all. Stay away!

Thor Range has an issue with leaking gas. PGE came out and said the NEW range I bought was leaking gas from the stove itself…

This range is everything we were hoping for. Five incredible gas burners, a rockin’ convection oven, and literally nothing else. We are gourmet chefs in our own kitchen. We LOVE it, and the price is fantastic! We had to drive almost 2 hours to the Best Buy that had it in stock, but the staff was incredibly helpful and fast.

Bought it a little over a year ago. Within six months the door began to sag and one of the burners stopped working. Then another burner stopped within another couple of months. I got the Best Buy protection but they said it was under warranty so I had to go to Thor. Thor customer service is the absolute worst (don't buy their products!). It has been two months and I still don't have a fix. I will never buy Thor again and I'm really disappointed in Best Buy.
