Well-done film presentation of the age-old Scandinavian gods saga about Thor, son of Odin. The brave but impetuous Thor, armed with his fearsome hammer, leads his companions on a sortie to the Ice World without his father's approval

While Thor is significantly smaller budget than for example Thor3 I still enjoy it and it feel better than Thor2. Picture and audio quality on the new release are on point and I much like the older Marvel audio mixes to the newer ones.

I love the Marvel Universe. It took me a while to collect Thor but I was very happy to see that part of Thor was filmed in New Mexico where I am from. Thor has an interesting past weather in comic books or in Norwegian mythology.

I purchased the 4K version as an upgrade for my original 3D version. It's almost like watching it again for the first time; the colors are brighter and more vivid, especially during the Asgard and rainbow bridge scenes.

I got Thor when it originally came out on Blu-ray in 2011. That was way before I knew about steelbooks so I'm very happy Disney has rereleased all the marvel movies on 4K steelbook since now I'm far more into collecting

LOVE the entire MCU collection, loved the movies, and I couldn't pass up the 4K collectible steelbook. Definitely worth the purchase if you're a marvel fan and already have all the previous steelbooks that released.

STEELBOOKS ARE AWESOME !! Steelbooks are great protection for your 4k movies, and if you are a Thor fan it is a must have. This steelbook is gorgeous and it includes digital Copy, 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and blu-ray.

I started collecting steelbooks not knowing I would be able to get Thor and the captain America or iron man I so glad they released these It has a beautiful cover and beautiful HD I recommend this to everyone

An interesting beginning to Thor’s journey in the MCU. Superb picture and sound as well. The special features on the discs are extremely light, but that’s nothing new when it comes to Disney home video releases.

If you can get passed the crooked camera work, this is one of the better MCU movies

Have all the marvel movies and this is just one of the better ones

A spectacular movie, released in a beautiful steelbook! Thor features stellar casting, pulse-pounding fight scenes, with some of the best visual effects in cinema. A must-have volume for any Marvel fan!

While not as entertaining as Thor: Ragnarok, this is a solid origin story for a founding member of the Avengers. The 4K transfer is good, and the Dolby Atmouse wasn't as prevalent as in previous movies.

I bought this to complete my Marvel Collection. I believe that the Thor series got better with each movie. But the first one is still enjoyable to watch and sets the characters introductions. I had forgotten that some of the other Avengers were in this movie as well which was a nice refresher as End Game will be out soon.

This movie is one of my favorites. Its visuals are great, plot great, characters great! and it really shows you just how far Thor has gone as a person from his first appearance to Avengers Endgame.

I wanted to rewatch all of the Marvel's, then realized I didn't own Thor! Having seen it many times, somehow I hadn't purchased it. So in order to watch them all before Endgame - this was a must have. Going back to where they started...and our introduction to possibly the best character in the franchise - THOR

This was such a great find. Love all the original marvel avenger movies.

Thor in 4k is an amazing visual and audio experience well worth the upgrade over the original Blu ray, HDR makes Asgard absolutely breathtaking even now 8 years later and the sound is magnificently remixed. Movie itself is entertaining and all in all a pretty good first movie for the god of thunder

It’s kind of a no brainer that the Marvel cinematic universe films belong in most movie collections. This is an easy recommendation to upgrade to 4K and the steel book quality is top notch.

This was another great addition to my MCU Collection. I am glad to see Best Buy bringing these movies back out in the Steelbook edition.
