If you love this movie then you’ll want this. Great 4K images and the steelbook case is really cool. The beat up metal version of the movie poster is awesome and I’m a sucker for it

This is the first Thor installment and lots of back story needed to happen but this was an exciting first Thor movie, If you want all Marvel Steelbooks this is the way to go!

I initially was not a fan of this movie but after watching it again, I was able to see things not prior seen. This is one for movie collectors. Great story to teach on ethics

If you have 1 MCU movie in 4K Blu-Ray, then you might as well get them all! This movie is kinda the forgotten movie, but watching it again made me realize how connected it was to the rest of the movies...I didn't even know Hawkeye debuted in this movie...lol. Definitely go pick it up!

While admittedly not my favorite Thor movie. This one laid the ground work for what would become my favorite MCU character. So see how it all began with this Thor Origin story.

As always Marvel Studios has come through for the viewers. I have yet to be disappointed by any of their titles. This is the first of a trilogy and part of the entire saga.

For some reason even though I liked this movie I never bought it on Blu Ray. When I saw it on sale for the price it was I couldn't pass it up. Very nice steelbook .

In my opinion there are 3 super hero movies that rise above the others. And this is one of them. (Along with Iron Man and Wonder Woman.) This well done 4k disk is a pretty awesome value since it also includes a 1080P Blu-ray, for those that don't have a 4K player yet.

We have seen The first Thor several times but were unable to purchase it. When it went on sale we purchased it in Blu Ray. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Great action and story.

Great origin movie about Thor! If you love Marvel's action movies, you will love this one. The steelbook case makes it an even better movie for your collection!

Great origin story. Classic Marvel non-existent Atmos effects. Great HDR and detail however. Would buy the HDR version again, and bonus it came with the Steelbook.

This first Thor movie was very good. Now I will have to admit that my favorite Thor movies really started with Ragnarok, but this one was entertaining. A definite plus having it in 4K, an upgrade from the Blu-ray. The steel book cost me $15, what a great deal.

Very nice looking Steelbook! I love the patterns and both interior and exterior. The design is nice and it’s aesthetically pleasing to have the movies matching!

Thor was a great film to watch ! I enjoyed the idea of an impulsive, eager, arrogant, and short-tempered super hero that changed over the course of the film by developing feeling for the people outside his world. Falling for this one specific person, Jane Foster.

This is a good, entertaining early MCU film. Unfortunately the 4k upgrade is not that impressive. This is not a full 4k remaster but an upscale of the 2k. HDR is good but not much more detail here than on the standard blu ray. Steelbook is okay but far from awesome.

This is a good origin story. Chris Hemsworth does a believable job of playing your stereotypical spoiled son of the king. Loki steals the show, as usual. I feel it was only made as a way to get us familiar with Thor before The Avengers. Enjoy it for what it is.

This was a good 4k, not great though, but I think I was expecting more from Asgard. In Thor 1 it's a bit dark, even the rainbow bridge doesn't really pop. Better in the Thor 2 4k. It is nice to finally have a 4k version of this though. The sound is fantastic.

Been waiting for the older MCU movies to be released in 4K, does not disappoint! Perfect addition and absolutely necessary complete your MCU steelbook collection!

This is not a reference quality UHD disc, but it does knock the socks off its HD counterpart. Particularly noticeable is the improvement to contrast and color with the upgrade to HDR. Worth it if you love Marvel movies and want the best possible copy available.
