I purchased this helmet as it went on sale, was able to grab the last one. Shipped out fine. Then all of a sudden, I received a notification from USPS that they couldn't deliver the package as the address on the label was incorrect (?), and package would be returned to sender immediately without giving me any time to resolve the issue. I tried reaching out to both BestBuy and UPS to see if they could intercept the package and have it rerouted to a local PO for pick up. Apparently it's neither's policy to do that, even though UPS was the one who fcked up in the handing off, or maybe BB screwed up the address in the first place. So now, I'm without my helmet, have to wait prob 2 weeks to get my money back, and not able to get a replacement shipped out lol. No compensation, nothing. Amazon would've at least given me a $10 credit, js. BB really has the worst CS. I also lost a $200 certificate a few months back. Just vanished from my account without a trace and they wouldn't do anything either. Oh well.

Very comfortable. I really didn't even want to wear a helmut but once I realized I wanted to ride a lot...just too many hazards outside of my control that could end up with a serious inhjury! Better safe than sorry and Thousand is as cool as it gets if you want/need to wear a helmut!

The detachable light on the back, coupled with the builtin hole that allows you to lock it to your bike makes this helmet amazing
