Firstly, I would like to say that this was delivered via USPS and the case arrived cracked and scratched up. Luckily the disc wasn’t damaged but I am very displeased nonetheless. This must be a HD rerelease of the original DVD transfer because it suffered quit a bit in terms of visuals. Now this is a blu-ray not a 4K Blu-ray but watching this in 2021, I can say it definitely could have had more attention paid to it before it got released. This isn’t a hugely popular film, so although it was not the best transfer, this is probably the best it’s gonna get. Note that while it could’ve been better, it is far from unwatchable. In terms of the film and story itself, this is not based on any truth, but it definitely fun and a good film to watch contemplating the worth of war and the repercussions of it, all wrapped up in a sort-of-heist/redemption arc.

Lost the old copy we had so ordered a new copy, transaction was fast with free shipping, disc arrived undamaged.

I have no idea why I didnt find this film on Blu-ray but one day I was walking by and it was in the $5 bin... As Ive been replacing thousands of blu-rays for HD, I was happy to find this and many other older films! The quality destroys DVD and I couldn’t be more pleased!

I picked this up for $6. Solid action movie with a good cast. Worth a watch if you missed it 20 years ago.

Excellent film that only gets better with age. Looking back at the war in the Middle East and with what we’ve done since is quite illuminating.
