Controller would not update firmware. Bricked mid update and become useless. The instructions to update was provided out of the box and it ruined the functionality of the controller. Build quality was ok, mechanical buttons felt very good, but without being able to use it, its a paper weight. Size was atrocious as well. WOuld not recommend.

I give it 5 stars because it is one of the greatest game controller for customization and make sure you have a windows 10 computer because you will need to download the drivers before you can use it

Nice altenative to the Xbox elite controller. Saw on youtube, about how you need large hands, but , for me not true at all. Works and feels just like the xbox elite controller and you can easily Mod the thumbsticks and D pad quickly and easily , by pulling them out and changing their placing.

This has been the best Xbox controller I’ve had. I love how the sticks feel and the buttons are also great. It’s bigger than the normal controller but, you get use to it.

Best controller ive ever bought straight up. Finally a controller i can play on apex with zero deadzone on console with no sitck drift.

controller works really well and it is responsive...you can map controls to however you want the buttons to be via PC but overall havent had any issue with it... all buttons have the click sound...could bring the price down a lil bit lol

Great product. Bought as a gift. Quick delivery. The bottons can be customized. Can use on pc and gaming system. My nephew loves it!

Exactly as described. Too bad my nephew dropped it pretty hard do now one toggle is wonky but it was great while it lasted.

Ergonomic and really well-made! I liked using it a lot more than my old Xbox controller.

Awesome controller, the swap things pretty cool, and the app to tweak stuff is also, cord kinda sucks. It definitely is awesome when it comes to latency, or no latency, but its kind of annoying.

Great controller and the swappable components are a great idea. The wired only usability is the only real downside, and I hope they support the swappable components with more options.

This is a great controller, very good quality, and quite accurate

I've owned many different high end controllers and I think this one is my favorite.

Controller felt a bit clunky while playing. It is responsive and the swappable sticks and d pad is an added plus but in the end I preferred the razer wolverine ultimate.
