Geek squad suddenly said that they would not install after trying 3 times and breaking two tabs. They refunded the installation fee, and exchange the Thule bumper case for this zipper case.

Excellent case, wish it was only slightly stronger

This, like other sleeves, still relies on the actual device inside to provide structure, and will not protect against bends or substantial impact. That said, this is waaaay better than any of the soft cases out there, and I'm happy with it.

Does not fit 13.3 screens

I didn't realize this until it was too late to return. Seems like a nice case. It fit nicely in a small timbuk2. Most of their stuff is for Apple products. Watch out if you're avoiding that apple tax.

Very sturdy and durable sleeve for laptop

This is the second one we have bought in two years since we have 2 in college. Designed with elastic band on inside so you can open and leave in the sleeve. Has ridges that protect laptop if dropped. Zippers are good quality too.
