This is a game that golfers would love to play, but if you don't like golf don't buy it. It does have a fun Career mode and challenges; however, there are not enough pro golfers to choose from. I began playing this game as soon as I bought it, but after a while I slowly stopped. Now I do not play the game at all. Challenge Mode is fun as you try to make your way up the road to face Tiger. There are fun match play events and putting challenges along with iron contests. It is a good game to pick up an play if you are bored and have nothing else to do. However, overall, it could be better.

Yeah, there are better features on the PS3 and XBox 360, but if you're looking just for the gameplay, look no further. I love the fact that is more challenging than its predecessor and the game play is fun as it always has been. It takes the person who is not good at sports in reality to Tiger bashing in virtual reality. This is a fun game at a good price.

I was very excited to purchase this game, but once I played it, I was very disapointed to realize how hard it is to actually learn how to master a fluent swing. It's been more than a week now that I have had it, and yet I cannot hit the ball straight. The last Tiger game I have purchased was 04 and it is mesmorizing as opposed to this one on a scale of how easy it is to pick up. Also, I played 07 at a friends house and I felt that it was great as well. All in all, if you buy this game, I think that most of you will find the same thing as I did. It is too hard and it is no match for the greatness that is in both 04 and 07. I can gaurentee this game won't impress many.

I really love the new graphics in 08. Much better than all the previous years. There are many more players, and it is a much better tiger challenge.

I like it because it was a challenge to build my player up to the dominating golfer he is. This is the first Tiger game I have bought since the '05 game. I was in a bit of shock to see the putting green has changed, but the putt preview made learning to putt pretty easy.

EA has made this series better and better each year. The modes, shops, equipment and general realism make for a really immersive experience, even if you're not a golfer. The only think that's still creepy is the 3D face models for the golfers are weird-looking. They've been improving, but this year they're still odd. Aside from that, there's a LOT to love in this game.

this game was very disappointing to me from 07. the first time i played this game the putting was very hard because all of the greens are very fast. DO NOT BUY

this game is awesome you need to buy it. the golf courses are awesome and its so realistic.

I have this game for both Ps2 and Wii, and i must say they have a very different curve to them. Ps2 is a lot harder. I can't seem to drive my ball high into the air or over 270 yards. Putting is quite difficult and really tough to learn, but if you can learn how to play it well i know it will be a good game based on my experiences of playing it on the Wii.

I think this was one of the very best games i have ever played. I got all my skills to max easy. But winning the score tounaments that is tough. I only won by doing bad once and the computor started to do bad as well.

This game sounds good, but when you play it, it is really hard, and really annoying. It gets you really mad from hitting every shot in the water or bunker, then getting a 7 over par on a hole.

I absolutely love the tiger woods series! The game actually made me a golf fan and a frequent golfer!

I have never played any of the Tiger Woods Golfing Games before or any other sports games for that matter. However my husband has and loves them. So I bought this game for him for Christmas and he loves it. He is addicted to it and will not put it down. He asked me to try playing with him and I found that it was VERY easy to play and I too love the game. We spend hours playing this game and we both would recommend it to others.

Tiger Woods 04 puts this game to shame. It is easier to play hitting irons and drivers, and much easier to putt than Tiger Woods 08. I wish I had my money back.

this game is bad for beginners. It is difficult and you don't have control over ball much.
