Pans Labyrinth, but with Mexican Cartels, and exactly as dope as it sounds.

Not only is this movie excellent on its own, but the steelbook is beautiful. All around great buy.

Nice scary movie very and I mean very unpredictable

I hesitate a little when I saw this movie on sale here at BB as I never heard of it. I am glad I went for it. The movie is amazing, I have never been fan of watching movies that are narco related, but this one shows a reality that we all ignore. This movie is full of emotions, definitely projects Guillermo del Toro inspiration. Reminds me of "El laberinto del Fauno" - Pan's labyrinth.

Wow! This is definitely an underrated movie. This was a one of the best blind movie I’ve purchased. The movie is in Spanish and I can best describe it as a combination of stranger things and Sicario. Highly recommend!

A great horror option for those that may not think they're "into scary movies" and a perfect option for anyone looking for a spooky flick to watch with wife/girlfriends that fit into that category. A great story with obvious parallels to the real world under a light horror aesthetic

Steelbook is beautiful the movie was even better felt like living through a Stephen. King novel sad and scary at the same time it meshes well and it's a must see. Of this edition sells out check out shudder it's onthere for 5$ a month!

Very well made and beautifully shot Mexican horror fantasy. This Steelbook case is an unexpected yet super nice added bonus for any collector. Glad Shudder & RLJE were able to get the rights and put it out here in the US!

A beautiful haunting story of just another country fighting the evils of this world. This story was well told and also well done by the children who tell this story.

This is a great movie about the orphans who are hiding from the cartels who have taken over towns. Cast of young actors gives the film authenticty .

I haven't seen the movie yet but I love this design! I wish Shudder hadn't put their logo on it though

An absolute surprise. Please watch if you're looking for original storytelling. A treat for fans of magical realism.

A compelling movie that is well-acred. The video quality is quite good for it being a 1080p. Audio is average.
