I had to return one of the four because it wouldn't register with the phone or make the sound of being activated. Returned to Best Buy and customer service gave me a replacement and now I'm a happy camper. Will definitely renew after one year as this is a great piece of mind for someone as forgetful as myself. :)

Tile song easier to hear than Trakr tone. Tile still working. My 3 Trakrs do not respond even with new batteries.

Worked great, battery lasted a little over a year. It's dead now and I spend more time looking for keys. It's unfortunate. Will buy again.
