You would need to send it back to Tile and for a small price, they would send you back another one with the latest features. There are a few features that I wish Tile have that my other activity tracker iHere have is the car finder, selfie button, and when the phone and tracker separates, you will get a notification on your phone.

Great device to keep track of misplaced things.

I recently dropped my keys in a COSTCO which I didn't realize until I went to my car. The Tile helped me find my keys. I wish the alert was a little louder. It's hard to hear the Tile unless it's lost in a very quiet place. COSTCO like most public places is not quiet.
