I habitually lose my keys and having this is nice. After the purchase I read that you can't replace the battery which are good for a year, but Tile has this replacement program for X amount of dollars. I bought a four pack so I should be good for a couple of years! 1 star less due to their replacement program. Good product!

I had tried two other similar devices in the past and, based on the reviews, I thought "Tile" would be much better but it isn't. I bought a package of four Tiles and attached one to my wife's keyring. The audio tone is of such low volume, it can't be heard if you have any degree of hearing difficulty. Her keys have been lost for two weeks now and the map shows the keys in our house but I still can't find them. These devices simply are not loud enough.

I purchased the Tile four- pack for my Galaxy S4. It worked like a dream. I could locate my keys and other items easily. I could also locate my phone by pressing any of the tiles. When I upgraded my phone to a Galaxy S7 Edge, the Tile app stopped working 90% of the time. I constantly had to refresh my Bluetooth connection to find any of my tiles. Pressing the Tiles NEVER worked to locate my phone. Not once. The website will lie to you and tell you that the Tile works perfectly with a 6.0.1 upgrade. My phone has that OS and it did not resolve anything. I am disgusted by the downgrade in performance. My old phone still works perfectly with the app, so it is not the Tiles themselves. I think this is a well-meaning startup, but their dev team is not up to the task of upgrading the app to meet the requirements of new operating systems. This is a shame; it was once a great app.

I purchased one Tile Tracker to see for myself how the product performed in the field. I placed in my camera bag in case it got misplaced or stolen. Neither case has occurred thank goodness so I can't report on the ability of finding the camera bag in those situations. Otherwise, it seems to perform as advertised.

I use this all the time when I lose my keys. It is the best device ever.
