great product that works as stated. great gift as well

I bought it just in case I lost my keys. I haven't lost my keys, so it hasn't really been tested. I've read that you have to keep the app open on your phone for it to work properly. It also gets somewhat dirty since it's white. I'd also like to see it be a little smaller.

I purchased 5 of these. It actually does work for me. I often misplace my iPhone around the house and this helps me find it. I use one for my camera and camcorder. My husband constantly misplaces his keys so I downloaded the app to make them easier to find. Only wish the thinner tiles were available when I decided to purchase

The Tracker solved my problem. It also allowed me to wirelessly connect to my mobile device which was pretty cool. You are also able to download the Tile app to view your last known location of your lost item.

I can finally find my keys, my car and my backpack...

I have seen numerous online ads for tile and I have always been intrigued but I was thrilled when I saw it for sale at Best Buy. Once I opened the package I was a little bit disappointed however because it is thicker than I expected. I expected it to be about the fitness of a quarter and it is more like the thickness of 2 1/2 dollars stacked on one another. It fits nicely on my keychain though so I'm still OK with it since my purpose is to not lose my keys. Unfortunately though, you have to keep the app running at all times in the background or it will not track your tile. The way I see it, it's a great idea that needs to be better executed. I'm sure they will get it right with the next-generation so wait for that one.

I bought this item because I often lose my keys and wallet. I read reviews online before purchasing this item. Their are other items like it but this one has the best tracking ability. I havent lost my keys yet but I feel good knowing I can track them done.

I will review when it is actually used for keys and cell phone, it is for Mother's day and Father's day. It was recommended through a friend, the only thing I am not happy with, it is considered an electronic and can not be returned if the folks do not like it!

I haven't had any problems using the tiles. I have one for my keys, wallet, and work bag, and, although I haven't had to use them yet to find my items, I like knowing that I could use these tiles to if I ever need to. I only wish they were a little smaller.

Love this little thing so much! I use it all the time to find my phone or keys! The only thing is you have to remember to keep the app up on your phone unless I am missing something. But, it really it super helpful! I am always losing my phone or keys! Glad I bought it. I plan on buying some for gifts too!
