It does what it says & that's great. The actual Tile is cracking around the "e". I barely press that button or use that feature so it should not be worn or cracked as if I used it daily.

Although the thought is there this product isn't quite reliable if you don't consistently have your tile app on or there is a tile user with their app on in the near 100 ft or less area in which you lost your item... I lost my keys at home or maybe threw them away the last location tile had picked up a signal was at work... I had to of used my keys to get home so obviously my keys weren't really last seen at work... It's flawed but if your the type that loses your keys in the couch and are in a rush to find it I do recommend this item.

This is a pretty nifty item to have on your keys or car for those you often are scatter brained forgetting where one or the other may be. Quickly gets you to the location of your item.

I had heard from a friend that the Tile was such a nice little gift for the holidays and that nothing gets lost anymore. I gave these as gifts for so many friends and family. Everyone loved them and highly recommend them!!

It's been okay to use... Had extra one and tried to swap it to someone else.. It was a bit frustrating to do! Overall handy to have !!

They do not tell you after a year you have to buy a new one ... other than that it somewhat crashes, and need to expend to range

The tile works great, it does everything it says it does. The only complaint I have is that is is not very loud, if you have it in a closed area such as a wallet the sound can be very faint, other than that great product

The company has updated the tracker to.provide better battery management. Work like I expected, but more people need to buy this so the overall social network increases.

Works well when within range of bluetooth. Havent been able to use it when out of range yet.

No more time wasted looking for my keys, wallet or camera. The tiles work great. Much better than a competitors set purchased for me last Christmas. I have thrown them away and switched happily to the tiles.

We bought this as a gift for a forgetful father in law. While the idea sounded great I did not do my research. The tiles connect to your phone through Bluetooth so you must be in the same room to find things. The idea of putting these tiles on valuables and tracking them any where in the world is not really possible and should not be advertised in my opinion. There is no other way to track the devices.

Tile had great ads but isnt the best because it uses our Phone BT. Personally I dont use BT much. But I think its a great design and very handy when you lose your items!

There re times when the tile cannot locate your item. The tile app simply states that it cannot be located. So frustating!

This is a good product if you want to find something 20 feet away.

I don't know how my life would be without this little tile! It sounds weird but helps me find my keys all the time. I love how it can be linked to my phone and keys or anything else. Thank god for my tile!!

I bought this for a white elephant game. Once the guests saw what it was, it was definitely a hot item. After speaking with the person that ended up with it, I will be purchasing one for myself!

Locating by sound works well. Using the map to locate my phone worked but did not fare well when locating the tile. It kept sending me in the opposite direction.

Love Tiles! Helps me find my keys. You have to be within a certain radius for the app to locate the area where they are. It doesn't show the exact location but a general area. Great gift as well.

This thing works like a charm! It's a little hard to hear when it's inside something, but the reminder of where it's located, is enough to get you close.

The worst thing about this device is having to have your location services running for it all the time. Even when you're not using the app. And when the device is lost it and you register it as such all of the apps on all of the phones "secretly" give the location of the device so basically they're all searching for it. Meaning that with just a few tweaks you instead of you finding the tile the tiles can be used to find you. Sooooo basically "hello big brother."
