The worked most of the time buy didn't always want to stay connected to my phone

Not for me, wouldn't recommend purchase. Too much required to run

Tile worked for a few days, then stopped. Did not save my receipt.

There is a newer version of this tile. Don't buy this version

I purchased this product a couple of months ago in hopes to have a handy device to find my keys. It works great for doing that, but over the months this product cannot hold up to normal wear and tear of being with keys in your pocket (which is what it is designed for) the plastic is thin and cheaply made. This product already has a few cracks in it and many dings along the sides from my keys. My suggestion is if you are the normal person and you drop your keys a couple of times or walk with them at all in your pocket not to buy this product because I'm currently waiting until the day my tile finally bites the dust.

I'm not a fan of this item. #1.- User can't replace battery. After only having Item a month ( i bought the 6 pack kit, and it wasn't cheap!) it has already notified me that it's time to replace the "TILE" And after visiting my Best Buy, I see that there are now other similar trackers available "WITH" replaceable batteries. I'm tempted to pry this item apart and see if i can replace these batteries.. I will NOT buy the TILE brand again!!!!

However unless everyone has Bluetooth it just doesn't work.

Would work if wife used it! Other then that seems nice.

A bear to connect. Works only part time. App is a battery hog. Bought because reviews were better than Trakr. If this device is good I would not like to see bad.

I thought I can track it no matter how far you are.

I'm disappointed on this product because it only work at close range... It is only good if u loose ur keys at ur house but other than that is not worth it... It would be great if it work at far distance...

I purchased this for my wife for one of her Mother's day gifts from me. She recently bought a Samsung Galaxy J1 and I intended that she would use this (Tile - Item Tracker - White) with her smart phone to track her car keys (which she often misplaces :) Well, neither the salesman nor the Kiosk displaying this product indicated that it is only supported on very few Android based smart phones - And the Samsung Galaxy J1 was NOT one of them. So I had to return it to Best Buy for a refund (I had no problem with the return).

I bought a 4 pack but only 3 of them worked. I set them up with my phone but when I tested it at the airport (I put them in our bags) it thought one was still at my house.

These have internal batteries which cannot be replaced ever ! A rather bad product and I returned them for a refund !

I was very excited when I got the Tile to track my keys. It worked for about a week after which I checked to make sure it was still working and it had stopped. The app has to always run in the background on my phone to track the phone from the Tile, but my phone doesn't seem to like that. On the key side, the Tile is totally untraceable now from my phone despite personal help from the team at Tile (who have been very nice, but at the end of the day it still doesn't work).

It is not worth the money-battery dies after a year does not work when you are outside

I tried to reach yech sipport for help and they did not have a phone number. The web qen site was not helpful. After two hours on site I found a email.and asked.for help. Rhey do not has a customer support number, but an online appointment schedule. I decided that their after purchase customer service was too poor so I returned my Tiles. I found another that was much cheaper and easier to usw.

This product is not very well constructed it only last about a year and if you want to stick it to your laptop doesn't even come with the adhering material you have to go and buy material for it the tracking I will however say which is why I decide to get it a one star you view is very nicely done the app is a very well-built I just wish the unit /The tracker was better built and rechargeable.

Can not change the batteries in this item so when the battery dies its useless but it lasts about a year.

Purchased this for my wife for her keys and misc. Items . This item just does not work. You literally have to be within a foot of the item for it to work and that takes forever to actually work correctly . Don't waste your time or money getting this item returned it with in two weeks just to try and give it time and really work out the bugs. Nothing worked !!!
