Batterie life on my tile and I returned t wasn't worth the money

Tile has saved me tons of stress looking for my stuff. I have a toddler and currently her favorite game is to hide daddy's keys. The added benefit of ringing by phone by tapping on the Tile makes it way more practical than asking my wife to call my phone.

The bluetooth connection disconnects frequently. But when it does work, it's pretty handy.

The produce was expensive, and does not perform as expected. I you happen to lose the article that has the tile attached, expect to wait for a long time til the tile can be located. I had the phone inches from my keys and tried to use the Find on my cell so it can beep. It only took 15 minuets. I hate to see if it were really lost.

This is a great idea but if u cant hear them then what good is it

Product only works about 2 times out of 5 but when it does work is good

The Android app doesn't run in the background so when you close all your tasks it closes this application as well and doesn't work. Most good apps can run in the background without requiring this. When the application is running it doesn't work half the time. A complete waste of money for me.

It didn't really work as expected. It kept disconnecting randomly.

Only works sometimes when locating keys or phone. Seems buggy..

I thought you could track the tile from anywhere but turned out you had to be a certain distance from it to actually locate it! Also only 3 out of the 4 tiles in the box worked, the other one was either dead or already activated!

Bought the 4-pack since you end up saving $30 versus buying them at the single $25 each price point. I placed 1 on each of these items: 1.) keychain 2.) company access keycard 3.) handgun holster 4.) The fourth was meant to go in my wallet for daily use but it is simply too bulky. For now is it attached to my backpack though I'm going to use this one as an extra. Very easy set-up and custom naming with a photo. I bought this on a whim since my small apartment is hard to lose anything in however I think the real value of this is when I travel. I have a tendency to hide things too well in my hotel room when I head out for dinner so I will leave one of these with my stash. I also think you could hand one of these to your significant other when shopping or at a concert if you get separated. Ring it and they will know you are looking for them or you could very well find them (maybe attach this to your kid when you go shopping?). I think there could be an application here as well if you have a cat you can't find frequently. It is extremely lightweight for that application. My absolute ONLY complaint is that you need to replace this product every year because of the permanently glued battery/case design. I understand they are trying to keep money coming in but this is a massive waste of plastic and batteries in landfills that you would think a company in California would have more of a conscience over. If I don't lose anything the next 12 months, I doubt I buy another set because at $70 every year (or $6 a month) these actually are not worth it to me if I never used it. Now, the first time I find one of these tiles in a real life scenario, I might reconsider.

So, a friend of mine recommended I buy tiles for my 3-year-old son's things. She explained how she used hers to keep track of all of her daughter's important things. I bought a 4 pack and set them up immediately. The app is pretty interactive with helpful, setup videos. Once all four were activated, I tiled my son's "travel" bag that goes with us to the park, on car rides, etc because without that bag, all sanity is lost. It contains toys, snacks, change of clothes ... the necessities. Then I used the other 3 for my iPad that is also equipped with his favorite games, one is attached to a keychain that I clip to whatever pants he may be wearing that day and one on my car keys that somehow mysteriously go missing once a day. The ring is very audible and I like seeing that green circle/map in the app and knowing that my items are nearby. The sharing feature is valuable for parents because when things are missing in my house, the first thing I do is call in help (a.k.a my husband). Now that I know how Tile is, I definitely plan to order more for mine and my husbands things. With a 3-year-old, we always make sure we have everything our son needs before we leave all the while leaving my purse or his wallet somewhere in the house.

Every reason I thought this product seemed innovative, useful, and worthy of it's STEEP cost... Proved my intuition is worsening as I get older! This product might be as useful as the older version of a "chia-pet"!

Tiles would not consistently mate with my Android phone; company claimed it was a Marshmallow OS issue and offered to exchange Tiles I had activated. Poor customer service experience. Am returning them.

We want to like this thing but can't figure out how to make it work. Instructions are very skimpy. And I'm not happy that shortly after I bought it, a smaller version came out.

So we were just windowshopping at Best Buy to kill time and since I have a habit of losing my car at the airport decided to give it a try . Went to a football game in an out of town city and left the device in the vehicle. With the last known location mapping feature we found our car with no trouble at all. Going to give these as presents this year :-)

Not helpful. If you lose something for example in your house, it with just show you that it is in your house. Not alert nothing. Useless

I ended up returning this product as it only works if near the item. It didnt work across my house. Had to be same room

Great for misplacing your keys in your house. No good if you leave them outside of 10-20 feet like the gym or store.
