I lose my keys constantly. And my phone. I don’t usually lose them at the same time, so these things have saved my bacon dozens of times already! I have spent upwards of four hours backtracking and trying to find my house, car, or work keys in the past, because I have a cluttered… everything. I got one of these on clearance and am a customer for life. The battery is strong a few months later, the device itself seems pretty heavy duty - I wouldn’t roll my car over it or let my dog chew on it for long, but it’s been dropped from a height, trapped under a full toolbox, stepped on, dropped in a cup of water, and caught on a drawer handle (which ripped off a belt loop when I pulled away), and it’s still on my keys. I got 2 more for Christmas for my other keychains, and I’m planning on getting one of the wallet designs for myself and my partner who has similar issues with losing track of things. The app is full of features. If I can’t find my phone, I can double press on the tile and it will ring my phone. The premium version has location history, which I used to see where my car went when a friend borrowed it; smart alerts so it notifies you if you go out of range of the Bluetooth without it; and even item reimbursement, which it will cover up to 1000$ on items you have it attached to if it’s lost forever with some exceptions. If the Bluetooth is out of range, it will give you the option of be notified when it’s found, there was one time I couldn’t find my keys and it said it had been found by the tile community and gave me the location (the “tile community” was me going back in range, but still.) The battery is a little hard to remove. The tunes are annoying as heck. But the volume and speaker are up to the task of finding them in a laundry basket full of clothes, so it’s worth it. I can’t believe we’ve had Bluetooth for so long and I’m only just finding out about this!

First off. This is based on how I use it and it’s used for tracking my cat(placed it on her collar). The tracker only works when the app is open and the location needs to be set to always on, the app is always trying to coerce you into opting for the premium service which is annoying. Other than that it works great; I chime the tile and know exactly where my cat is.

Super simplistic, easy to use, reliable, and compact. Plan on buying another because it makes looking for my keys real easy.

So I recently lost my badge for work and was going crazy so when I bought this I hooked it to my badge I can locate my badge whenever it’s the best device I have brought myself....love it

I bought this product because I always lose my AirPods and with this I can easily find them overall a great product would buy again.

I am pleased with this mate. It allows me to locate my keys and will track me in case I am charged with an infraction and need to show where I was!! Seriously, it has a replaceable battery and does what it was designed to...find me when I'm lost....

It works great and keeps good track of my keys with the use of the app.

This device worked well during its battery service life (August 2022 - October 2024). Even when placed inside a hardside suitcase or backpack it was picked up by lots of devices and reported its position frequently. Hopefully I can get another two years of use out of the next battery as well.

Good product. It has a loud enough sound to locate the Tile. I also like that you can replace the battery by yourself.

Great, Inexpensive and simple to use locator for your phone, keys,air pods, etc..... Works great for items you can't find that are within a couple of hundred feet. I highly advise anyone who tends to misplace common items I stated above to give the Tile a try for less than $30.

If you frequently lose keys, this is the product for you. The instructions on linking this Tile Mate and your smartphone are as easy as 1-2-3. I also have Apple Air Tags and love them, but if you are on a tight budget, the Tile Mate is the perfect gadget for those of us who are prone to losing our keys. For example, I recently misplaced my keys in a zone where they fell in a relatively obscure location where it would have taken several minutes, at best, to locate them. Thanks to the Tile Mate, I resolved my situation in a matter of seconds! Also, if you have the Tile Mate with you and you misplaced your smartphone in a location within 15 feet or so, you can quickly press the button indicated by the product logo two times and activate an alert from your phone so that the search is immediately shortened. It's a win-win situation! Kudos to Best Buy for having the Tile Mate in its line of many fine accessories! It is an ideal gift for virtually anyone who wants a product with an excellent design and practical functions.

I have now purchased several of these tiles; I put them on work keys, car keys, in my laptop case as well as on my keychain of flash drives. I can't think of the number of times I've been halfway to work and realized I didn't know where my keys were. The ability to bring up the tile app and have it search and ring those tiles is a godsend. As long as I hear that lovely chime in the back seat, I know I have my work keys available. It's also been useful when my car or work keys have fallen behind a desk or under a sofa. I recommend these tiles on a nearly daily basis to coworkers and family alike; the price of the tiles is easily outweighed by the usefulness.

Great for size and user replaceable battery. A little weak on range (one or two rooms' distance indoors). A little quiet but louder than Airtags! Can still be found some places for $20 or less. However, newer versions with better range can be found for about the same or just a little more on sale.
